Our culinary concept combines South Tyrolean tradition with Mediterranean influences. We spoil our guests’ palates with extensive menus, rich buffets and exquisite specialities – all masterfully prepared by our very own chef Paolo. Plus, we are always happy to serve delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes, and guests with food allergies or intolerances are also more than welcome.

If you opt for half board, we have a small gift for you: a voucher worth € 10 per person to be used on a culinary voyage of discovery in our Stube Ladina restaurant.
