Useful information
Our house is Pet Friendly, which is why in order to best accommodate your animal friends, we ask you to make this known at the time of booking.
General conditions:
The price is a flat rate per person night, which is why any meals or services not enjoyed will not be deducted.
Any changes to the booking dates can only be made up to 15 days prior to arrival; if the change is made after this deadline, the cost of the booking remains unchanged.
The local tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per night is to be added to the indicated prices.
Reduction for children in additional beds with two paying adults:
0-2 years -100%,
3-8 years -50%,
9-13 years -30%,
from 14 years -20%.
Breakfast or half board – it’s up to you
You’re absolutely free to decide where you’d like to eat during your holiday – simply let us know at the time of booking whether you prefer bed and breakfast only or half board.

A cosy setting with great attention to detail: Our spa offers everything you need to relax and feel fantastic. Book ahead to pamper yourself with one of our tailor-made beauty treatments and massages. Lean back and enjoy: pure relaxation and indulgence – catered to your exact needs.
Safe and sound
In summer, our guests can use our bike room to safely store or wash their bikes and carry out minor repair work if required. In winter, the room transforms into a ski depot with heated ski boot dryers.
Hop into the saddle of your Ebike!
Immerse yourself in the wonderful nature surrounding the hotel and discover the fantastic landscapes that our Dolomites have to offer, while riding your Ebike!
Cost for the whole day: 75€
Cost for half day: 25€
Pets are welcome!
Our House is Pet Friendly, which is why, in order to welcome your animal friends in the best possible way, we ask you to make this known at the time of booking.
On arrival you will find a Welcome Kit in your room, and on advance request you can bring your four-legged friend with you both for dinner and breakfast, in a special room!
The additional cost of €10,00 per day will be charged to your room bill.
We trust in the respect of a few simple rules designed to ensure a stay comfortable and respectful stay for all our animal friends and other guests:
1) Tell your owner to communicate your presence during the booking process.
2) Tell your owner that you want to sleep on the kennel in your room when you arrive and that you do not want to climb into bed.
3) Remind your owner that you can come down with him for dinner and breakfast and not to leave you in the room alone.
On arrival, you will be asked to present insurance for any damage caused to the rooms.
Children Room
The room for younger guests is open daily (except Saturdays) from 16:30 to 21:30.
While you parents enjoy relaxing in the spa, entrust your children to our baby sitter who will play with them and entertain them until dinnertime.
In short, games and fun are guaranteed!
Minimum requested age 3 years old children.
Fun on ice skates
This winter, Hotel Alpenrose has a very special ice skating experience in store!
Our brand new, environmentally friendly artificial ice rink awaits you every evening from 17:00 to 21:30.
You can hire skates on site.
Hotel Skipass service
To make purchasing your lift pass easier, we offer a convenient Skipass service: Up to 48 hours before your arrival at Hotel Alpenrose, you can purchase your adult Skipass (with the exception of discounted junior and senior Skipasses and free Skipasses for children up to the age of 8) online by credit card at no extra cost and have it waiting for you at reception: During your online purchase, a code is generated and sent to your booked accommodation, i.e. us. Our reception team will collect the Skipass for you and have it ready for you to pick up at the hotel when you arrive. Please note that the purchase must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival at the hotel to ensure that your Skipass is available in time for check-in.
